Become part of the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center of the Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH as a Specialist Workshop Mechanic (w/m/d) with a focus on pre-war vehicles.

What awaits you:

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair and restoration work mainly on Mercedes-Benz vehicles from the era up to 1950
• Disassembly and assembly of partial assemblies, complete vehicles and units
• Analysis and documentation of performed work and work steps
• Independent execution of complex partial and full restoration of classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Care of vehicles from the Mercedes-Benz collection and customer vehicles at national and international events
• Detail individual work steps and define, estimate time expenditure
• Propose technical content and coordinate with project management, adapt technical solutions

What we expect:

• Completed vocational training as a car mechanic/mechatronician or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience ideally in the restoration of classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz pre-war vehicles in repair and restoration
• Passion for classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Independent work with high-quality results
• Strong team skills
• Willingness to travel
• Good English skills
• Driving license class B
