Collision Estimator

Job Summary

• Write estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

• Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capacity to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
