• Assist senior auto body technicians in performing vehicle repairs, including dent removal, frame repairs, and part replacements.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer.
• Learn how to use industry-standard tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Strong interest in automotive repair and bodywork.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Previous experience in a mechanic or auto body shop environment is a plus, but not required.
• Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced technicians.
