Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a busy, air-conditioned shop in Baker, LA. You will diagnose, repair, and document results on a variety of domestic and import vehicles, with a flat rate pay model of $40–$45 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, no weekend work.
Top technicians earn $130K+ annually, with weekly direct deposit and benefits including health insurance, a 3% Simple IRA match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training.
