Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Assistant team at Marsh
. This role will be based in Urbandale
. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by tracking client feedback, conducting research, and ensuring timely documentation of inquiries.
- Track feedback from clients related to project satisfaction.
- Research and review preliminary data to support the sales forecasting process.
- Document internal inquiries and complete requests for information in a timely manner.
- Support the collection of information for sales campaign presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
