Job Description

The Service Account Coordinator plays a critical role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating projects, monitoring service performance, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients
