- Monitor and improve digital agent interactions to ensure high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine digital agent content and workflows
- Analyze performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Assist in training human agents to effectively work alongside digital agents
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- Minimum of one year of experience in data trend identification and analysis
- Hands‑on experience with generative AI, large language models, and/or agentic systems
- Experience with quality monitoring and auditing of chats or calls
- Familiarity with data analytics and AI-driven automation
- Prior exposure to process improvement and knowledge management
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to present data effectively
