Snubbing Supervisor - International Snubbing Services

ISS is seeking an experienced Snubbing Supervisor to join its team of well-intervention specialists. Project locations are primarily in the Gulf of Mexico and Texas land-based job sites. Lodging, meal subsidies, and rotating schedules are provided by ISS, based on the assigned project.

• 8+ years of progressive oil and gas experience in live well operations
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• High School or GED equivalent preferred
• Advanced operational knowledge of Snubbing and HWO units
• Ability to pass a post-offer physical examination and drug screen
• Well Control Certification/Supervisory Level
• Ability to effectively coach, train, mentor, evaluate, supervise and manage personnel to operate equipment
• Coordinate project strategies with onsite company representatives
• Follow safety requirements and actively take part in safety meetings, risk assessments, hazard hunts, and JSAs
• Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English
