We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.
Job SummaryCopado is the leader in AI-native Dev Ops for Salesforce and enterprise cloud teams. As we build Agentia, our next-generation unified Dev Ops experience, we are seeking a Senior UX Engineer who can speak APIs like ABCs, turn complexity into clarity, and find creative ways to break through technical challenges. In this role, you will translate Copado’s AI, Org Intelligence, and Agent Ops capabilities into intuitive, connected experiences that drive adoption, velocity, and customer success for mid-market teams.

Translate product strategy into coherent, intuitive design direction that supports Copado’s broader AI‑native vision. - Complex Workflow Simplification:
Turn branching, dependent, dynamic Dev Ops workflows into simple, understandable, user‑friendly journeys. - Reusable Patterns & Design Stewardship:

Communicate design decisions, progress, and insights to cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, PM, architecture, leadership).
- User Research:
Be comfortable conducting interviews and prototyping tests, surveys, and guided walkthroughs to validate flows and identify usability gaps with real users. - Continuous Iteration:
Use new information and patterns to improve existing processes with behavioral data, funnel metrics, and UX telemetry to refine designs. - Measurable Improvement:
Show markedly reduced friction in areas like onboarding speed, workflow completion, and usability task success through prototypes and hands‑on testing.
- System‑Level Thinking:
Ensure Agentia’s navigation, layout, vocabulary, and patterns are consistent across all surfaces. - Quality Bar Setting:
Partner with design leadership to uphold best practices in IA, interaction design, and accessibility. Champion and teach standards of quality to everyone you encounter. - Experience Architecture Partnership:
Align early and often with the Experience Architect to increase design impact across the platform with less work. - Cross‑Functional Enablement:
Provide clear rationale, documentation, and guidance during grooming, sprint planning, and QA.
- 5–8+ years of UX/product design experience in SaaS, workflow, or platform‑level applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design and delivery for complex or multi‑step workflows.
