Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and acting as custodian of departmental records.

Responsibilities
  • Input departmental invoicing into accounts payable systems.
  • Maintain accuracy of crew employees’ time entry, vacation and illness activity.
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and monthly mileage reports.
  • Manage office supplies, reconcile corporate purchasing card and set up meetings.
  • Assist in all safety activities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Desired: college or university degree.
  • Experience &

    Skills:

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Entergy Corporate applications (DSS, DIS, Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, Service Suite, AM/FM DFM & Time and Labor). Familiar with CCS, all company policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Willing to work extended hours. Self‑starter with high initiative. Excellent multitasking and team working capability.
  • Must be willing to assume a storm restoration role and travel if necessary.
  • Certification:
    Successful completion of the EEI CAB/SASS test.
Working Conditions

As a provider of essential services, Entergy expects its employees to be available to work additional hours, to work in alternate locations, and/or to perform additional duties in connection with storms, outages, emergencies, or other situations as deemed necessary by the company. Exempt employees may not be paid overtime associated with such duties.
