Job SummaryResponsible for maintaining and acting as custodian of departmental records.
Responsibilities- Input departmental invoicing into accounts payable systems.
- Maintain accuracy of crew employees’ time entry, vacation and illness activity.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and monthly mileage reports.
- Manage office supplies, reconcile corporate purchasing card and set up meetings.
- Assist in all safety activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Desired: college or university degree.

Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Entergy Corporate applications (DSS, DIS, Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, Service Suite, AM/FM DFM & Time and Labor). Familiar with CCS, all company policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Willing to work extended hours. Self‑starter with high initiative. Excellent multitasking and team working capability. - Must be willing to assume a storm restoration role and travel if necessary.

Successful completion of the EEI CAB/SASS test.
