- Develop a strong understanding of WIM’s lending platform, products, and delivery model
- Own Agile delivery processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement, dependency reviews, and cross‑team coordination forums
- Lead end‑to‑end testing efforts, including complex initiatives involving many impacted applications
- Execute product delivery activities, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk/issue escalation
- Partner with other Product Owners, Technology Leads, Risk, Legal, and Operations to develop solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience working on a product team and partnering with technology teams as part of Agile product delivery
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile delivery tools
- Background in financial services; exposure to lending products is a plus
- Experience executing UAT, including end‑to‑end coordination across multiple applications
- Ability to organize and synthesize information and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
