Guest Experience Manager – Alexandria

Santikos is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to deliver exceptional service at our Alexandria location.

• Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience, handling service‑recovery issues urgently and courteously.
• Maintain efficiency and productivity while keeping product quality and service consistently high.
• Continuously train, coach, and monitor team members to uphold high standards of teamwork and guest service delivery.
• Efficiently manage staff to maximize service levels and minimize labor costs.
• Implement and monitor safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Assist senior management in controlling and monitoring financial operations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit required reports, invoices, and other deliverables in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, and with all food, alcohol, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain proficiency in designated department areas and approved business processes.
• Oversee team members, providing guidance and monitoring their respective departments.
• Collaborate with senior management for ongoing development and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age (Alabama applicants must be at least 21 years of age).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience managing a theater, restaurant, bar, or similar entertainment operation with proven success.

• Flexibility with scheduling – ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Positive can‑do attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the theater team.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong motivation to develop and challenge team members.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependability.
