Regulatory Compliance Specialist
General Duties
- Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care to patients.
- Evaluates outpatient clinic's program policies/procedures and evaluate mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
- Participates in the development of outpatient clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with clinic operating budgets, goals and objectives.
- Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Forms part of the supervisory chain (Yes).
Light:
Light physical requirements. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree; sitting most of the time with occasional pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls.
