The Manager
- Enterprise Strategic Projects leads enterprise‑level strategic projects by managing a portfolio of complex, high‑impact work that advances system strategic priorities. Serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating project vision into executable projects while proactively identifying and mitigating risk. Navigates complex, ambiguous initiatives by aligning cross‑functional stakeholders and enabling disciplined execution through expert project governance.
- Required – Bachelor's in engineering, business administration, public health, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
- Required – 7 years experience in enterprise transformation projects, C‑Suite executive sponsored large‑scale projects, strategy‑to‑execution initiatives, project management in healthcare or similarly complex industries.
- Required – Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or AGILE Project Management.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, executive‑level projects.
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent judgment, organizational, group facilitation, decision making, and delegation skills.
- Ability to be self‑directed, work independently, set project priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.
- Oversees a portfolio of complex, high‑impact enterprise projects that advance organizational strategy, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and system‑level outcomes.
- Establishes and maintains effective governance structures, rigorously managing scope, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders and executive sponsors to shape project strategy, translate strategic intent into executable plans, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates enterprise‑level risks while navigating diverse stakeholder interests to maintain momentum, accountability, and clarity of decision‑making.
- Ensures initiatives meet or exceed targeted business outcomes by tracking progress, surfacing insights, and driving timely decisions that enable successful execution and sustained impact.
- Delivers results in complex, ambiguous environments by influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and applying rigorous project governance and execution practices, without direct authority.
- Evaluates resource capacity, dependencies, and tradeoffs across initiatives to ensure optimal use of people, time, and funding while maximizing enterprise value and return on effort.
- Provides clear, timely insight to leaders through progress tracking, issue escalation, and data‑driven recommendations that enable informed decision‑making and timely course correction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Selentary Work
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (occasionally means activity or conditions exist up to 1/3 of the work day), and/or, a negligible amount of force frequently (frequently means activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the work day) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Selentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
