Equipment Operations and Support Manager

HOTWORX Corporate Headquarters is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our corporate team as an Equipment Operations & Support Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in New Orleans.

This full-time role is critical in supporting the HOTWORX franchise community through equipment troubleshooting, inventory management, logistics coordination, and project support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically minded, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently are essential.

This position will support and develop expertise in proprietary HOTWORX equipment and systems, including:

• Booty Bungee
• HOTWORX Infrared Saunas

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Franchise support and troubleshooting
• Equipment inventory management
• Logistics and shipping coordination
• Product testing and quality assurance
• Project support and operational improvements
