- Establish and maintain regular meeting cadences with program participants, school leaders, service providers, and other key stakeholders to support ongoing program coordination and implementation tracking.
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive stakeholder feedback system to collect input from schools receiving SWNP services or funding, vendors and partners holding professional service contracts, and other program participants.
- Analyze and synthesize stakeholder feedback and program data to identify implementation trends, gaps in service delivery, and opportunities for improvement, and to assess whether SWNP funding is meeting the needs of the populations it was designed to serve.
- Track and organize systemwide programming data to support monitoring of SWNP implementation against Board‑approved improvement plans and areas of focus, in alignment with Policy DCBB.

- Utilize SWNP data to surface insights, patterns, and considerations that inform leadership discussions related to program implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Support leadership in preparing and delivering presentations and serve as a presenter when designated by the Executive Director of Systemwide Programming.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the district to ensure SWNP programming is informed by school‑level needs, aligned with district priorities, and responsive to the communities the program is designed to support.
