** Job Description
** The VP2 Strategic Alliances & Sourcing Specialist supports the Bank's technology transformation initiatives through strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement governance. The role partners closely with GTO stakeholders to drive sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships, and deliver commercial value while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for technology-related initiatives, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
* Review and negotiate technology contracts, outsourcing agreements, and commercial terms in partnership with internal stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic technology suppliers to support business and technology objectives.
* Partner with GTO stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, assess market opportunities, and optimise supplier outcomes.
* Support implementation of category management and procurement initiatives across assigned technology spend areas.
* Provide guidance on procurement governance, contract risk, policy compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage multiple sourcing engagements concurrently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and governance standards.
* Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes, supplier performance, and value realization across the technology supplier ecosystem.

Key Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or contract management.
* Strong experience managing technology RFPs, commercial negotiations, and supplier engagements.
* Good understanding of technology contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and supplier governance.
* Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
* Experience working with technology, business, legal, risk, and finance stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to balance business objectives with governance requirements.
* Self-driven, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.##
