Cocoon is hiring an Associate Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, shaping US presence. You will own people and talent processes, run business operations to keep a fast-scaling company sharp, and lead the setup of our first US facilities. Expect to travel 1–2 weeks per month, including between the UK and US locations.
This role offers breadth, strategic input, and a clear growth path as Cocoon expands in the US market and scales its operations.
