Location: New Orleans
Strongward seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to integrate TPS and Lean into disaster recovery, housing construction, and client services. You will drive operational efficiency, lead improvement initiatives, and coach staff in practical problem-solving aligned with our mission.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and coach Lean practices to reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten the cycle from disaster to recovery across multiple sites in the South.
