Under the broad supervision of the Business Manager, the incumbent provides administrative and financial support within the Neuroscience Center of Excellence. This includes personnel management, financial management, purchasing, and contract administration. The incumbent is responsible for implementing and adhering to all relevant rules, regulations, and policies of the University, the State, and the Federal Government as they relate to the administration and financial operations of departmental programs, contracts, grants, and other activities.
Minimum QualificationsRequired
Education:
Bachelor's
Required Field of Study: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Number of years required to perform the job: 1 year
Type of experience required to perform the job: professional level experience
Substitution: Master's degree in business-oriented field can substitute for required experience. Bachelor's degree in other discipline will be considered with additional three years of relevant experience.
