Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities
- Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
- Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
- Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
