Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

The purpose of your role as a Senior Project Manager As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the tracking of fabrication and materials from procurement through delivery to the field, support field teams with rental equipment, tools, and consumables, help resolve material issues and coordinate returns, and support the billing team with stored material logs and photos as needed.

Document Control and Review Manage Scope of Work Basic Schedule Management and Field Resources Procurement Management & Coordination Estimation Financial  Management Develop, Build & Maintain relationships

Support Sales Process What we're looking for in you8+ yrs of construction Project Management experience8+ yrs of strong understanding of mechanical systems8+ yrs of ability to read and comprehend construction documents8+ yrs of knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles8+ yrs Business administration and management principles including, but not limited to:
Company operations and financials Business finance Customer relations Business development and project sales strategies Legal aspects of construction industry
