Willdan Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee several concurrent energy retrofit construction projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in construction management with a strong field operations background. This full-time role requires extensive nationwide travel on a 3-week on, 1-week off schedule.
The successful candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure quality standards are met while building strong client relationships. Certifications in OSHA 30 and CPR/AED are required for this position.
