P6 Scheduler – Hyperscale Data Center Construction
Location: Iowa / North Carolina / Midwest or Southeast US
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 base + benefits + bonus potential
Company: General Contractor – Hyperscale Data Center Project
We’re working with a leading General Contractor delivering a major hyperscale data center project and they’re looking to add an experienced P6 Scheduler to the team.
This is a site‑based role supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, fast‑paced mission‑critical build. You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating detailed Primavera P6 schedules across construction, MEP, commissioning and close‑out phases.
What you’ll be doing :- Build, maintain and update the project schedule in Primavera P6
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, MEP teams and subcontractors
- Track progress against baseline and identify delays, risks and critical path movement
- Support schedule reviews, lookaheads, recovery plans and client reporting
- Attend project meetings and provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Help drive accountability across construction, MEP and commissioning activities
- Strong Primavera P6 experience
- Background in construction scheduling
- Data center, mission‑critical, semiconductor, industrial or large commercial project experience
- Ability to read drawings, understand sequencing and challenge subcontractor updates
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with site teams
- Experience supporting GC‑led construction projects would be ideal
- $130,000 – $170,000 base salary
