Sr Superintendent – Mission Critical Construction
Notable and well-established GCs Seeking an outstanding Sr Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale Mission Critical/Data Center construction projects. This role is responsible for managing daily site activities, driving project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring successful project delivery from groundbreaking through closeout.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
- Experience on Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or other complex projects preferred
- Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control
- Ability to lead field teams in fast-paced construction environments
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
Candidates should be strong field leaders with the ability to maintain schedule, uphold quality standards, and drive projects to successful completion
