Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

New Orleans, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical and heavy industrial construction projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing complex industrial or electrical projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage electrical and heavy industrial projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate project activities with engineering, field supervisors, logistics personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions to maintain budget objectives.
• Track project documentation, change orders, submittals, and project reporting requirements.
• Coordinate material procurement and expedite deliveries to support project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform project inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues that could impact schedules, budgets, or quality.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and exceptional customer service.

• Experience managing electrical, industrial, or construction projects.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with material expediting, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of logistics coordination for equipment, materials, and workforce deployment.
• Familiarity with industrial construction practices and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

• Ability to work in both office and industrial field environments.
• Ability to walk active construction sites and navigate uneven terrain.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and access elevated work areas as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around industrial equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
