Field Superintendent

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Superintendent, located in the Greater New Orleans Region. The Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining project schedules, and monitoring progress. The role also involves problem-solving, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned projects.

• Strong forecasting skills, scheduling, resource planning, and adherence to project timelines
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision‑making
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural plans
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight of construction projects
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
• Previous experience in managing luxury home, church, or boutique commercial building projects is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or a related field are beneficial
