Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the expansion of a large-scale data center campus in Rayville, Louisiana. This is a highly visible field-focused role overseeing complex mechanical and electrical construction activities on a rapidly growing site that is doubling in size with an additional 2,000 acres of development planned.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional who thrives in the field, building relationships with contractors, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring quality execution of critical infrastructure projects. Data center experience is not required; candidates with backgrounds in oil & gas, heavy industrial, manufacturing, power generation, or other complex industrial environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

• 8+ years of construction management, field engineering, superintendent, or related experience.
• Experience managing complex mechanical and/or electrical construction projects.
• Strong field presence with a willingness to spend approximately 80% of time in the field and 20% in the office.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with contractors and trade partners.
• Experience in heavy industrial, oil & gas, manufacturing, energy, or similar environments preferred.
• Degree not required; relevant hands-on project experience is valued over formal education.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and project execution.
