Louisiana DOTD in District 05, Rayville, LA is seeking a heavy equipment operator to support road and bridge construction and maintenance. The role reports to a Highway Foreman 2; no prior experience is required, and structured training is provided.
Compensation includes multiple pay levels (MEO-1, MEO-2, MEO-1/Heavy) with an hourly premium and a 10% base pay increase after attaining permanent status; CDL is required for MEO 2 and Heavy, with opportunities for career progression.
