Madsen Associates seeks a highly motivated mid-to-senior Construction Cost Estimator to join our team of multidisciplinary consultants. You will perform detailed take-offs and prepare cost estimates for residential, commercial, industrial, marine and inland structures using Xactimate and related tools.
Required:
10+ years of experience on public and private projects, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with RS Means, Excel
