This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment. /p> ore Responsibilities ite Preparation and Cleanup ul> li>Clean and prepare construction sites for daily activities. /li> li>Unload and load materials, supplies, and mixed concrete. /li> li>Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout the project. /li> rade Support ul> li>Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other skilled workers as directed.
/li> li>Provide general labor support for construction activities across multiple trades. /li> li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support project needs. /li> ools and Equipment Operation ul> li>Operate jackhammers, earth tampers, and other hand or power tools under supervision. /li> li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order. /li> li>Report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors immediately.
