Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
We're looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects across the U.S. If you thrive on fast-paced, high-stakes builds and don't mind living out of a suitcase for the right opportunity, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do- Oversee day-to-day field operations on data center construction projects from foundation through commissioning
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across civil, structural, MEP, and specialty trades
- Enforce site safety programs and maintain strict quality control standards on mission-critical infrastructure
- Manage project schedules, look-aheads, and manpower planning to hit aggressive hyperscale timelines
- Partner with project managers, owners' reps, and commissioning agents to keep OPR requirements on track
- Travel to project sites across the country (typically 4–12 month assignments per site)
- Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff
- 7+ years of construction superintendent experience, with data center, mission-critical, or similarly complex MEP-heavy project experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems typical of data center builds
- Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners and aggressive schedules simultaneously
- OSHA 30 certification (required); additional safety certifications a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills — you set the tone on site
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and relocate to project locations as needed
- Experience with BIM/VDC coordination a plus
