Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Construction Laborers and Spotters ata new data center construction project in Benton, LA. We are looking for dependable workers with 2+ years of experience working in a commercial construction environment. Spotters will be working to assist operators by directing and spotting equipment, flagging and controlling traffic around the worksite.
Pay &Schedule:
- Monday through Saturday
- 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- $36.00/hour
- $120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked.
- Long-term project opportunity
- Verifiable experience working in commercial construction setting
- Spotting and equipment-support experience preferred.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
- Ability to complete pre-employment screenings
