Design Internship At Mercedes-Benz Werk Sindelfingen

Through your active participation in our team, you will gain exciting insights into Mercedes-Benz design with its diverse and international areas. During your internship, you will work closely with our experienced design team, support us in the collaboration with national and international colleagues and service providers – and take on independent projects as well.

Your tasks will include:

• You will create independent content for the social media presence of Mercedes-Benz Design – from the first idea to the finished post – and support the team in ongoing productions
• You will be behind the camera yourself and take over photo and video recordings
• You will edit the content in post-production: photo editing, cutting, timing, color grading, and sound
• You will organize your productions yourself – from project management to coordination with stakeholders and adherence to timings
• You will think strategically about the channel and actively develop the posting plan
• You will keep an eye on trends, formats, and new developments on social media and bring your own ideas from there

The activity can start in September 2026.

Qualifications:

• You are enrolled in a course in the field of media design, digital media, media/communication management, film, photography, or a comparable course
• You have already gained practical experience in photo and video production – whether through internships or your own projects – and know how good social media content is created
• The Adobe Creative Suite is your tool:
  You work confidently and routinely with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• You communicate fluently in German and English, in writing and speech
• Microsoft Office is a matter of course for you
• You have a sure sense for imagery, aesthetics, and what works on social media
• You work independently, think along, and get things done without waiting to be told
• You are an organizational talent and keep an overview even with several parallel productions
• In the team, you convince through communication skills, reliability, and a solution-oriented way of thinking
• You bring fresh ideas, dare to bring them in – and have fun trying out new things
