Creative Director

Court Avenue is seeking an experienced Creative Director for a contract engagement to lead the vision, design, and delivery of interactive digital projects. The role bridges strategy and craft, translating project briefs into user-focused experiences while partnering across disciplines to maintain high design quality.

In this position, you will define the creative direction from early concept through final delivery for digital and interactive work. You will oversee visual design, UX, and interaction standards across all deliverables, while staying hands‑on in design and prototyping to shape key user flows.

• Set and drive the creative vision for digital and interactive projects, managing visual design, UX, and interaction standards across deliverables, while directly shaping key user flows through design and prototyping.
• Serve as the primary creative point of contact for stakeholders and enterprise clients by pitching concepts, explaining creative strategy, and presenting final deliverables aligned with client business goals, brand guidelines, and technical constraints.
• Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of designers, creative technologists, and producers, integrating modern tools and workflows, including AI‑assisted design and rapid prototyping, to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure creative concepts can be delivered within scope.

• 10+ years experience in a creative role centered on digital, interactive, or UX/UI design, including direct team management.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in concept development, visual design, and interaction design, with evidence of driving measurable user engagement.
• Proven experience working with enterprise technology clients and managing complex corporate stakeholder environments.
• Ability and willingness to work hands‑on with standard industry design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  , alongside a solid understanding of software implementation and digital technical constraints.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into the creative workflow for concepting, rapid prototyping, or content production.
