Signature Aviation is hiring a Guest Experience Specialist to richiesta warm, professional guest service and support at our facilities. The role requires attention to detail, grace under pressure, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.

Job Description

As a Guest Experience Specialist,hotel you will be the first and last impression our guests have. You will warmly welcome guests and crew members with professionalism, care, and commitment to creating exceptional moments. Whether greeting a VIP traveler, supporting flight crew, or coordinating services behind the scenes, you bring grace under pressure and attention to detail that ensures every visit is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.

The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to operate in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at our facility andોની escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
  • Collaborate closely with all team members and external parties to ensure services are promptly and correctly handled.
  • Process guest purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with company procedures; may assist with general accounting work.
  • Provide concierge services such as reservations for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
  • Manage inquiries, resolve requests and handle billing disputes in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities and services; provide information commonly requested by guests.
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights, coordinate services, and log and schedule requested services using SIGops/SIGnet.
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas; ensure lobby spaces and restrooms are clean and free of debris.
  • Promote and sell the company’s services and products to aircraft passengers and crew.
  • Assist crews and guests with luggage, transportation to commercial terminals, hotels, or other nearby locations; fulfill special requests.
  • Identify crew members, passengers, visitors, and vendors in accordance with all security procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions and comply with emergency response procedures.
  • Adhere to all security protocols while operating in the airport environment.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and activities performed.
  • Update customer preferences in the contact management system to enhance personalized service.
  • Assist the Airside Experience team with guest services such as valeting, wing walking, and positioning equipment.
  • Assist airlines with passenger service functions as needed.
Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of customer experience–related work in retail, hospitality, or sales (preferred).
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Must pass company background checks, drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements.
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
  • Good judgment and ability to follow directions from supervisors.
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
Additional Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Hospitality skills: excellent guest service, energetic, outgoing, guest‑obsessed; prioritize requests and multitask in fast‑paced environment; maintain professionalism and confidentiality; conflict resolution preferred.
  • Language skills: clear communication in English via telephone, radio, and writing.
  • Math skillsომპ: basic arithmetic and percentages.
  • Communication skills: proficiency with telephone, fax, radio, email, text.
  • Critical thinking: analyze information and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Interpersonal skills: teamwork and service to guests.
  • Multitasking with high concentration to maintain accuracy.
  • Computer skills: use of computers, learning company software, completing Signature training programs.
