Customer Service Rep

(New Orleans, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Relations Associate. This position supports a dynamic and growing organization serving Government and Fortune 500 clients. The Customer Relations Associate will report to the Head of Customer Relations and the VP of Customer Relations & Operations. Based on performance, this role offers advancement opportunities into managerial leadership.

• Report directly to the Customer Relations Manager
• Interface with customers and vendors on a daily basis
• Collaborate closely with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating teams
• Gradually assume responsibility for key client accounts
• Develop knowledge of industry landscape to effectively address customer needs
• Perform clerical duties and assist with database management

• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn company products and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Associate degree or higher required
• Two (2) years of experience preferred; training will be provided

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
• Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds
• Ability to move throughout office and warehouse environments as needed
