- Three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively
- A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
- Educational preference:
Associate's degree or higher
- Experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated commitment to community service and engagement
- Outgoing personality with a knack for problem-solving
