What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services
  • Problem-solve and encourage commitment from business customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively
  • A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
  • Educational preference:
    Associate's degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to community service and engagement
  • Outgoing personality with a knack for problem-solving
