A utility service company in New Orleans is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to provide face-to-face customer service in their Customer Care Center. Responsibilities include cash handling, processing payments, and assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with CCS, and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks. Previous experience in a similar role and cash handling is preferred.
This position may require extended hours as needed.
