We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join Pixel Pop Biz in New Orleans. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may encounter. As a Customer Service Representative at Pixel Pop Biz, you will be involved in handling a variety of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
