Position Overview
We are searching for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to manage assigned accounts, support client needs, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Pay Range$19.00 - $29.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.
- Process account updates, requests, and basic transactions.
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
