Customer Relations Associate

New Orleans, LA:
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Relations Associate.

• Report directly to Customer Relations Manager
• Focus primarily on Aerospace / Defense customers and client support
• Interface with customers and vendors on a daily basis
• Work closely with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating teams
• Take over key client accounts over time
• Support implementation of new ERP system
• Learn industry landscape to best address customer needs
• Perform clerical duties and assist with database management

• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize duties and work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn company products and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer relations or client interaction experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for prolonged durations
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry light office materials
