Location: New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS MUSEUM OF ART seeks a Visitor Experience Floor Lead to enhance visitor engagement and ensure positive experiences at the museum. This role includes managing front-line services at the front desk, museum shop, and gallery. The Lead will utilize excellent customer service, support the museum’s mission, and interact on all aspects of the visitor experience.
Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and an understanding of art and exhibitions.
