We want someone who has:

• Experience in working in retail, claims, call centre, customer service roles
• The ability to build great relationships with customers
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de‑escalate conflict situations

• Providing an exceptional level of customer service in all customer dealings, and professionally managing escalations in a timely manner.
• Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, conducting any necessary research and providing solutions.
• Professionally handling grievances to preserve 4WD Supacentre’s reputation.
• Providing support to in‑store staff in regard to the processing of claims.
• Recognising, documenting and alerting your manager of trends in customer calls.
