Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness in Carencro, LA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support new member sales and create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
You will greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, assist with tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates; relay questions to the Club Manager as needed; and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
