Customer Service Representative

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a smile and welcoming them to the store.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Preparing products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s perspective.
• Adhering to Domino’s Pizza grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance.

• At least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to give correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
