Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM
• Biweekly Saturdays - 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers to process account transactions
• Open new accounts for customers
• Count and balance vault and ATM accounts accurately
• Put on Reg CC Holds, Reg E Disputes, and Stop Pays on customer accounts
• Develop customer relationships to share bank product knowledge
• Cross-sell bank products as needed to customers
• Serve as a backup for other position(s) and perform other duties as assigned
• Complete CSR II Training
• Participate and respond to examinations, audits, and third-party reviews
• Comply with the Information Security Program
• Develop a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services
• Attend meetings as assigned

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of cash handling and customer service experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Prior banking experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license
