Jah Favorite Pizza is hiring a Phone Specialist to manage front-of-store duties, primarily taking orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru. You will be trained to use the order screen, move through it accurately, and ensure correct orders and cash handling at checkout.
Responsibilities include preparing orders for drivers, dispatching as needed, and assisting with food prep during rush periods.
