The Dupuy Group in New Orleans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in the New Orleans office. You will coordinate schedules with warehouse, trucking, and office teams, and manage inbound and outbound orders within our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
You will assist customers by phone or email, resolve problems, maintain invoicing records, and help train new hires on equipment, software, and processes as needed.
